Treatment of Root Fracture By The Apexification

Abstract
|
|
|
This report is a case of the treatment of the root fracture on the apical third which
occurred in the upper right anterior tooth who was seventeen-year-old male. The fractured root was successfully treated by the apexification procedure.
The result was as follows.
1. The radiolucent line on the fracture site was nearly disappeared because the cementum-like material was formed by the apexification procedure.
2. Mobility of the toothwas completely lost.
